The house has 3 A-heat pumps for heating pool, pool area and residential, providing a comfortable environment and providing benefits for both guests and nature by saving on electricity consumption. There is underfloor heating in kitchen, family room, hallway, bathroom and pool area.

The pool department has heat recovery and ventilation, and the door can be locked. The pool is 20 m² and has a depth of 1.5 m. In this section there is also a whirlpool, a sauna and a shower room. In addition, there is a large, bright open space with room for relaxation.
