Well-equipped holiday cottage located in one of the most sought after cottage areas close to Ebeltoft harbour and town. The house is renovated in 2015.

The pool has a depth of 1.25 m. Here the children can play while you relax on the couch, from where you have a good view of the pool.

The well-appointed kitchen has e.g. dishwasher. The living room is the gathering point where there is room for games, watching TV or reading a book. For the cool evenings you can light up the wood-burnig stove and hear the fire crackling.

The house is bright and spacious with modern furnishings. Located on undisturbed light plot with a clear view of greenery on 3 sides. There is sea view from the terrace. For smaller children the plot has swing and sandpit.

A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
