There is an energy-saving heat pump which can also be used as air conditioning. 28 m² conservatory and fenced garden.

There is a kitchen, a modern bathroom with a whirlpool and sauna indoor and - as something unique - even an outdoor 7-8 person whirlpool. It is a great experience to observe the stars in a quiet hour of the night or in the winter from the large whirlpool that is constantly 38 degrees.
