Holiday cottage approx.. 1450 m from Blåvand's large, white sand beach. No letting to youth groups.

The house was renovated in 2005 and throughout the house only the best materials have been used giving the house a tasteful layout and furnishing. The walls and ceilings are made of lye-finished pine wood. The living room, kitchen and bathroom have tile floors.

The tastefully furnished dining/living room has a TV, satellite dish, stereo sound system and wall-hung wood-burning stove for the cosy evenings. Direct access to the terrace.

Well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, a hot-air oven, microwave oven and a cooker with ceramic hubs.

The swimming pool area has a whirlpool and a bathroom with a shower cubicle besides the swimming pool (3,5x1,3 m). There is a extra bathroom with a shower cubicle and direct access to the sauna.

Four bedrooms with a lot of cupboard space. There is furthermore a washing machine, a dryer, a cot and a high chair.

The house is located on a large, natural plot with a sandpit and a swing as well as a secluded terrace with garden furniture.
