On a 16500 m² plot you will find this holiday cottage near the beach. The house needs exterior maintenance and upkeep of the terrace. On the large plot there are small, interconnected lakes and scattered vegetation that provide the best conditions for wildlife incl. deer, hares, pheasants, birds of prey and a lot of different species of birds. The cottage is furnished with a combined living/dining room with direct access to the terrace. Large kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. From one of the bedrooms there is access to a large mezzanine. From the living room there is access to another large mezzanine with 2 beds. There are two bathrooms in the house, both with shower cubicle. There are wooden floors in the dining/living room, and all the walls and ceilings are painted white. 50/50Mb internet. There is a practical scullery with sink and washer and dryer. The house is partly heated by solar energy that provide a large portion of the heat in the house. Approximately 100 m to the beach, from where you can see Bogense which is the nearest major town in the area. If you bring your own boat you can launch it approx. 250 m from the house.
