Situated on a 1,200 m² natural plot in a charming coastal neighborhood, the property is located just 100 meters from one of Denmark's premier surf and kitesurfing spots, with local dining and shopping options within 1 km.

Inside, the home is bright and modern, featuring vaulted ceilings and expansive panoramic windows in the open living room that fill the space with light while leading directly onto the terrace. The lounge is furnished with a cozy wood-burning stove, TV, DVD player, and high chair, opening seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. For ultimate relaxation, the layout includes two bathrooms with underfloor heating, one of which features an indoor whirlpool spa bath and sauna.

Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to eight guests across three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with a single bed and bunk bed—plus a cozy alcove off the living room with a double bed.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a partially covered terrace, a carport, and a sandbox for children. As an added highlight, stays include complimentary admission to five local indoor swimming pools, with an 18-hole golf course and a picturesque harbor with boutique shops nearby.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
