Holiday home located on a small hill with a great panoramic view of the fish-rich fjord Dalsfjorden. Boat must be rented.

Large garden with fruit trees and covered/open terrace. Trampoline with safety net for children. Screened outdoor hot tub (low power consumption) for 5-6 people with a view of the fjord. Practical holiday home for several people who want to travel together. 2 living rooms. German and European TV channels/Norwegian and Nordic TV channels. TV and internet via fiber with 600 Mbit speed (Getbox). PlayStation and table football available. Bathroom with shower on the main floor and WC with hand basin on the other two floors. One bedroom has a family bunk (140 cm below and 90 cm above) and a single bed. Laundry room downstairs.

5 km to the salmon and trout river Gaula. 40-45 minutes to Viksdalsvatne and Jølstravatnet with trout. Day trips, distance 2-3 hours from the holiday home: Geiranger, Nærøyfjorden, Briksdalsbreen. Marked hiking trails in the mountains.

250 m. to marina, 3 boats for rent with GPS/ Lawrence Elite TI2 7-inch chartplotter/sounder/rod holders:

• 2x 21-foot Øien 620F with 70 HP Yamaha 4-stroke engines, engine, tilt, electric start, steering console.

On request: A 18-foot Øien 530F with 40 HP Yamaha 4-stroke engine, tilt, electric start, steering console, but only in addition to renatl of the 21 feet boat.

If both the 21-foot boats are rented, the price is NOK 13.000 in total per week (2026).

The apartment under the garage is permanently let and is not a nuisance.
