Casa de vacaciones en Vikær Strand

Approx. 50 km from the Danish/German border is this holiday cottage on a 1000 m² large natural plot. The house was renovated in 2013 and has activity room in the basement and several facilities in the wellness area. In the activity room you can play billiards or table football.

Pool area with the swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam bath in connection to one of the bathrooms and access to the activity basement. The entire family will therefore naturally gather in the wellness and activity area. The pool is 5,2x2.8 m and has a counter current system.

The dining area and living room is adjacent to the kitchen and are very comfortably furnished. Combined solar energy and heat pump system makes the house very energy-efficient and power saving. There is a ladder leading to the mezzanine which will undoubtedly be the children's favourite place. There is a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings.

The terrace next to the kitchen is closed by glass and from here you can enjoy the sunrise and view of the area all year. In the garden you will find a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance).

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
