All energy is green power from wind turbines. 50 m² open + 16 m² covered terrace. Sea view from house and plot. The house has a large living room with wooden flooring from 2005 and kitchen from 2009. Sauna, solarium, whirlpool and 18 m² swimming pool (also renovated in 2005) that provides many pleasant hours for the whole family. With 4 bedrooms, 2 fine mezzaniness with children beds and 2 bathrooms the house is suitable for several families. There are water-saving toilets in the house.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
