This architect-designed cottage is located in the dunes overlooking the sea. From the outside, the house appears in 3 levels and inside the house has e.g. a raised living room with panoramic sea views. Steps down from the living room to the open kitchen area and dining room with wood-burning stove. From here you have direct access to a large terrace which is sheltered by the dune behind the house, projecting 5 m above floor level. From the bathroom there is access to a bubbling whirlpool and a wonderful sauna. The house features tiled floors and has central heating. No letting to youth groups.
