This spacious holiday home, located outside of Eskilstuna, is ideal for two families or a large group of friends. It is set in a quiet area about 20 kilometres from the charming old town of Eskilstuna.

The house was built in 1860 and completely renovated in 1973. It has always been owned by musicians, which you can tell from the interior. It is tastefully decorated and furnished, with furniture from different periods in history. There are all of three living rooms, one of which features an open fireplace and a grand piano. You will also find a TV and a DVD-player in one of the living rooms. Free wireless internet access is included. The kitchen is equipped with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable holiday, including a dishwasher. There's also a separate dining room. The house has five bedrooms and sleeps a total of eleven people in two double beds, one bunk bed, and five single beds. There's also a cot should you need one. The house features one lavatory with a WC and a washbasin, and one bathroom with a WC, washbasin, shower, and washing machine. The gigantic garden plot is 6000 square metres.

There are many lovely beaches within 10 kilometres of the house, by lake Hjälmaren and lake Börsöknasjön. Golfing is popular in the area and there are all of five golf courses around Eskilstuna, one of which is Strands GK.

Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, is 112 kilometres away, a distance which takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car. The lovely old university town of Uppsala is also within driving distance.
