Near the dunes, ca. 120 m from the ocean, you find this well-equipped holiday cottage that has everything you might need for a good holiday. The location near the dunes on a large natural plot completes the holiday. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned and has underfloor heating throughout the entire house.

The dining/living room is tastefully furnished with a stereo system with a CD-player, a flat screen TV, high chair for the kids and a sofa and a wood-burning stove. One of the mezzanines is turned into a playroom with a DVD-player and a flat screen TV. All beds have box mattresses.

The large pool area has a big swimming pool with a water slide and counter-current machine, a sauna, a shower and a whirlpool seating 4-6 persons. After a long day it feels good to slip into the warm water and or let the sauna warm up your body. There are 4 bathrooms, all with a shower cubicle and underfloor heating.

The activity room has darts and billiards. Or try beating the rest of the family in a game of table tennis of table football. There is even a stereo system, PlayStation4 and a flat screen TV in the activity room.

Outside you will find a sandpit and some swings for the kids. There is a big, open terrace as well as a covered terrace.

Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.
