Welcome to the lovely cottage area where both animal kingdom, lakes and lots of golf courses are close by! Inside the forest is this black cottage of high standard that will make your trip complete. In the evenings or on a colder day, you also have the opportunity to make a fire in the cottage or sit and relax on the veranda with a roof. An incredibly well-planned cottage for the smaller family with children, fishermen or golfers.

The plot is large and has small "rooms" where you can relax or read your book or reflect after your holes on the golf course. You are welcomed into the cottage via the entrance where you have the opportunity to store outerwear and shoes. The cottage is divided into living room, bathroom, two bedrooms and kitchen.

In one bedroom there is a double bed that can accommodate two people. In the second bedroom there are two single beds. There is also a daybed (full-size kitchen sofa) in the kitchen that can be used.

The living room with wood burning stove is a lovely place in the evening. Sit down on the large sofa and relax in front of the smart TV. There is also chromecast and internet.

There is a well-planned bathroom with toilet, bathtub, washing machine and washbasin.

Outdoors there is furniture and a charcoal grill you are welcome to use. A couple of kilometers away you have Sövdesjön where it is possible to swim and buy an ice cream in the small kiosk. An incredibly beautiful lake with jetty and small sandy beach! For those who want to fish, you also have Björkadammen a few kilometers away.

An optimal cottage for those who need beds, large outdoor areas, proximity to lakes, nature but above all all golf courses, more than 10 pieces that are within just over 3 miles distance. You also have no more than 4 miles to one of Europe's best training facilities for those who love golf, PGA Sweden National.

If you want to go on excursions throughout Österlen, this place is very well located. You have a beach and outdoor swimming pool down at Nybrostrand and Ystad just a short drive away. You also have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. If you want a big city, you can reach Malmö by car in 35 minutes. You have a very talked about Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. A few miles away you have Ales stones, Kåseberga and several lakes for both swimming and fishing. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to the small cozy island of Bornholm.
