Cozy cottage in a quiet area close to the beach

The summer house is located in a quiet and charming summer house area close to the dyke and the sea. There are good opportunities here for both walking and cycling trips as well as bathing from the bathing bridge right at the access to the beach.
The house is well used with three rooms, a connected living room and kitchen and a bathroom. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, a washing machine and a wood-burning stove. The house is well insulated and can therefore be used all year round.
At the stand are two restaurants and an ice house, and in Kramnitze, 2 km away, there are shopping opportunities and a pizzeria during the summer period. Kramnitze is also a cozy old fishing village, now also with a shelter and beach volleyball court.
Lolland is lovely in all seasons. You feel the weather and nature, and the trip on the dike offers both nature and storytelling.
