This newly renovated and highly inviting holiday home of approx. 90 m² exudes an elegant seaside hotel atmosphere with bright, airy rooms and beautifully painted floors.

The house offers four inviting bedrooms and two high-quality bathrooms, one of which includes a sauna and washing machine. The lovely open-plan kitchen and living area forms the natural heart of the home, featuring modern facilities, a spacious dining area, and direct access to the terrace. The lounge is slightly separated from the kitchen area and offers a wood-burning stove, comfortable sofas, and a cozy yet exclusive atmosphere.

The charming annex is designed like an atmospheric hotel room with a double bed and refined details. Outside, an impressive terrace surrounds the house, partly covered – perfect for long, warm summer evenings in beautiful surroundings.

The outdoor area also features a large terrace (on three sides of the house), partly covered, allowing you to enjoy summer evenings outside even after the evening dew has settled.

The holiday home is located just a few hundred meters from the beach. Start your day with a refreshing swim in the sea, followed by breakfast on the sunny terrace. The surroundings are perfect for beach days, relaxing walks, or cycling trips. Don’t miss an evening visit to the sunset spot in Old Skagen, where spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed – often with a large ice cream cone from the nearby kiosk. Perhaps the evening continues to Ruths Hotel, where a glass of wine or a cup of coffee, accompanied by a fine cognac, provides the perfect end to the day.
