Holiday cottage located in 1st row to the beach on 2500 m² natural plot. You have panoramic views of the ocean from both the plot and the house. The house is bright and modern and has wooden floors throughout, except in the bathroom and hall which have tile floors. Combined living room and kitchen with ceramic cooker, separate oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dish washer. The living room has comfortable furniture and a wood-burning stove for a cold winter's night. There is an energy-friendly heat pump in the living room, TV with DVD player and cable-TV with international channels. Tastefully furnished bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and access to the sauna. 3 bedrooms with double beds and plenty of closet space. On the terrace you can enjoy the sunset. There are several sheltered areas on the plot where you can enjoy the sun.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
