Spacious, bright and modern holiday cottage located on a large natural plot on the edge of the charming small fishing village Nr. Lyngby approx. 5 km north of Løkken. Open concept kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, alcove, bathroom with shower, whirlpool and underfloor heating and a guest bathroom with shower and sauna. Bright and modern furnishings in the traditional Danish cottage style. The living room is spacious and has a cosy alcove for extra beds or play corner for the children. There is a wood-burning stove for cheap heating. From the living room you have access to the large terrace that is almost like a balcony. From here you have great views of the natural area. The plot is 3096 m² and suited for outdoor activities e.g. sunbathing or ball games. There is a fire ring. Swings, sandpit, slide and playtower for the children. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
