This modern holiday home is situated in Marina Wendtorf on the Kiel Fjord, surrounded by sandy beaches and a nature reserve. The Scandinavian style, timber-panelled walls and sloping ceilings create a light and airy atmosphere.

On the ground floor, there is a large bathroom with a shower, underfloor heating and a sauna, as well as three bedrooms. Two of these offer direct access to the terrace. On the first floor, you’ll find the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, as well as a further bathroom with a whirlpool bath. From here, you can step out onto the loggia and enjoy the view of the surrounding area.

After an eventful day, the sauna and whirlpool invite you to relax. Facilities include a flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player, a music system, a bioethanol fireplace, air conditioning and a washing machine with a tumble dryer function. Furnishings and the type of coffee machine may vary depending on the house.

With three bedrooms, a double sofa bed and a bathroom on each floor, the house is ideal for large families, couples travelling with friends or multiple generations. In addition to six people, one infant in a cot is permitted.

The holiday home features high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi and a car parking space. An electric barbecue can be hired from the service office for a fee.

The Activity Centre offers an indoor play area and black-light mini-golf. Admission is free for DanCenter guests. The promenade and playgrounds are perfect for relaxing.

Rental is exclusively for holidaymakers on holiday.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
