The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and a large balcony with ample seating space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. There is also a kids' bedroom with two single beds, next to a bedroom with a double bed; these two share a bathroom. Additionally, there is another bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom.

On the ground floor, to the right of the staircase, is the only ground-floor bedroom, which boasts a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace and garden. The ground floor also includes a spacious living room with two sofas and a large flat-screen TV, ideal for lounging and entertainment. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area and a fully equipped, beautiful blue kitchen, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals with family and friends. From the dining area, you can walk straight out to the covered terrace, which features a cozy sofa for relaxation and a dining table with a barbecue for outdoor meals.

The expansive garden includes a large pool with three sunbeds, offering space for four people, as well as an outdoor sofa and two smaller beanbags. This villa in Los Monteros is the epitome of Andalusian charm, offering comfort, elegance, and an unbeatable location.
