Well-maintained and inviting holiday home in a wonderful location, just 200 metres from the child-friendly sandy beach south of Ålbæk.

The house is bright and spacious, featuring a large living room with access to a covered terrace – perfect for enjoying summer evenings outdoors. The open-plan kitchen and dining area includes a wood-burning stove and access to another terrace. The home offers three lovely, light bedrooms, a large bathroom with both bathtub and shower, as well as a guest toilet with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outdoors, the holiday home offers a large lawn and two terraces providing plenty of space for play, games, and relaxation. A carport and additional parking spaces are also available.

The area is ideal for cycling and hiking in beautiful natural surroundings. Ålbæk Klit Plantation is just 1 km away. Along the beach or via the cycle path, you can easily reach the town of Ålbæk with its charming harbour, restaurants, playground, and the opportunity to fish from the piers. If you’re not lucky with your catch, you can often buy freshly caught fish directly from the local fishing boats.

There are plenty of excursion options – visit Grenen in Skagen, Råbjerg Mile, the Eagle Sanctuary in Tversted, Farm Fun, or the North Sea Oceanarium in Hirtshals. For the active, there are golf courses, padel courts, a swimming hall, and fitness facilities nearby, while Frederikshavn and Hjørring offer great shopping and a pleasant town atmosphere.
