Beach house for 9 guests – 400 m to the sea

Cozy holiday home in Bratten located only 400 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. The house is situated in a quiet and family-friendly area where deer and pheasants are often seen just outside.

The house is 105 m² and accommodates up to 9 guests. It has 4 bedrooms, an annex and a total of 2 bathrooms, as well as a cozy loft area.

The property was built in 1993 and partially modernized in 2020, offering a bright and relaxing holiday home with plenty of space for families and friends.

Outside you can enjoy the large terrace and the peaceful surroundings. The beach is only a short walk away, making it perfect for swimming, relaxing and long walks along the coast.

During winter (1 November – 31 March) free firewood is provided for the wood-burning stove, creating cozy evenings indoors.

Parking is available at the house and check-in is easy via key box.
