Here you can enjoy a comfortable stay in a fully renovated holiday home, located in an extension of the owner’s house. The pool is shared with the owner, but you always have priority access and can enjoy undisturbed swimming in 28°C water during the summer weeks when it is open.
The kitchen is completely new and modern, equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven and microwave, as well as good workspace. It has everything needed for both simple meals and cozy dinners. The living room is bright and welcoming, with a TV and Chromecast for relaxing after a day of activities.
There are two bedrooms: the larger one has a double bed (140 cm), while the smaller room has two single beds. The home offers a comfortable indoor climate thanks to an air-to-water heat pump and underfloor heating, making it suitable year-round.
The holiday home is centrally located with easy access to local attractions. Just over 100 meters away is the Rönne River, where fishing is possible (fishing license required). The area is ideal for walking and cycling along the water.
The location also provides excellent opportunities for day trips. You can visit Kullaberg on the Kullahalvön peninsula, explore Torekov on Bjäre, or drive to scenic Österlen in about an hour. Several golf courses are also located nearby for active days.
