Newly built holiday home on a beach-property!

- with a lake view and a private, sandy beach. This is an ideal location for taking trips to see the area. Fantastic for those that appreciate the Swedish natural landscape.

This wonderful holiday home is situated in the area knowns as Vena not far from Vimmerby, where the famous author Astrid Lindgren grew up, Oskarshamn, Glasriket and Öland.

The house lies by the lake Nedre Bjärken with the only neighbour being 300 meters away. 

In the main building there are beds for 4 people. Two single beds in the bedroom and a double bed in the living room. There is a TV that has some Swedish channels.

In the guest house there are two bunk beds so that 4 people can sleep there. There is also an extra refrigerator of 150 liters.

There is an additional building, of 25 m2, right by the lake where you can sit in the sofa and take in the view.

You can rent the outdoor hot tub, which is heated with firewood, on site from the owner of the house. All the three buildings on the property have terraces.

The main building is a semi-detached house. The half that you are not renting is empty and will not used during your stay.
