Welcome to the small town of Söderåkra in lovely Kalmar County.

Söderåkra is very well located for both really relaxing, but at the same time with a location that encourages wonderful excursions! You have lots of super wonderful excursion destinations where you can go quickly or where you can make wonderful day trips! The Kingdom of Crystal, Öland, Astrid Lindgren's World are day trips to recommend! Don't miss the wonderful archipelagos either, partly to the north along the Småland coast, but also south to the Blekinge archipelago - 2 of Sweden's absolutely most popular and beautiful archipelago areas! Free fishing with rod and hook for everyone.

You should visit lovely Kalmar to the north to walk in the harbor and out at Kalmar Castle. Karlskrona is the other super wonderful small town and you can get there quickly by car to the south.

Your holiday home is a lovely home for a family of 4 people. Even a dog or cat is welcome in your company (of course you are extra careful with your cleaning upon departure).

There are 2 double beds, one in a bedroom upstairs, that bed is 180 cm wide and the other double bed in a loft, that bed is a little narrower.

The ground floor has large, open common areas that are logically and comfortably connected. The kitchen is well-equipped and here there is, for example, a dishwasher, microwave and 3 options for making your own coffee (including a Siemens that grinds your coffee beans).

There is a TV with Swedish channels and there is also free internet. The dining room has an air heat pump for a really pleasant indoor climate and in the middle of the house there is a tiled stove.

Some of the cabinets and part of the freezer are used by the owner himself to store clothes and food, but there is also plenty of space for your things.
