Bungalow en Riviera italiana

Escondido en la linde de un bosque en Sestri Levante, este bungalow admite mascotas y es un remanso de paz con capacidad para hasta 4 personas. Rodeado de vegetación, la propiedad es ideal para familias o amigos que buscan relajarse en la naturaleza, a poca distancia de la costa de Liguria y sus encantadores pueblos. El bungalow de una sola planta cuenta con una funcional cocina abierta con vitrocerámica, campana extractora y frigorífico-congelador. Incluye tres dormitorios: uno con cama king size, otro con cama individual y una habitación infantil con literas o dos individuales. El baño incluye ducha, lavabo e inodoro. La calefacción garantiza la comodidad en las estaciones más frías. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una piscina compartida, barbacoa al aire libre, mesa de ping pong y un jardín privado amueblado para comer al aire libre. Incluso hay un invernadero/veranda disponible durante todo el año, una pantalla de proyección disponible bajo petición y establos para añadir un toque rural. A solo 12 km del mar, a 10 km del vibrante centro de Sestri Levante y cerca de restaurantes y senderos naturales, este refugio ofrece una combinación única de aventura y tranquilidad. Wifi incluido.

Si quieres algo natural, ¿te gusta caminar, vida y actividades al aire libre, no tienen ningún ruido, excepto el rumor en torno al agua permanente de la corriente de nuestra posición y nuestra propuesta es ideal. La distancia de 5 kilómetros de camino de ripio que se enfrentará cualquier coche, pero si las características de su coche no es lo ideal para estas ubicaciones Walter está en la demanda (y el costo) disponibles para recogerte y llevarte a la cima de la calle de tierra (500 m) Llegada a las horas del día y llamadas telefónicas a cualquier información que necesiten. Si quieres pasear zapatos cerrados son recomendados por los excursionistas y antorchas pequeñas para paseos nocturnos. Los ciclistas pueden disfrutar de una gran parte del programa de la bici de montaña que permite conocer anteriormente todos los territorios y lugares en movimiento bicicleta nueva. Libro visita 2014: "Gasten commentaar Augustus 2014: We stayed one week at Le Sorgenti del Gromolo, a property consisting of an ancient but beautiful maintained house with two small, fully equipped, modern bungalows (two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen), owned by the incredible hospitable Walter. This is enjoying nature while having the comfort of an own bungalow! Waking up while hearing the flow of the little stream called Gromolo, having a cup of coffee (we bought one of those small Italian cookers to make coffee) on the veranda overseeing the green valley upto the Ligurian coast a few miles away, this is a place to relax… And at night when lights go out, it is dark – really dark – Gromolo dark! On a Sunday afternoon Walter with his wife and daughter organised Italian lunch having some 15 or so Italian guests, if you have that opportunity, you must join to taste the wonderful meals prepared by them and experience the Italian “atmosphere” while enjoying the view from the terrace near the house. The location lies in the mountains surrounded by forest at about 500 meters altitude and to go there you have to travel a 4.5 km long off-road path which takes about half an hour in mainly first gear, make sure you and your car are prepared. If you prefer, Walter has a Landrover available in which case you can park your car below. We made several trips in the area, Sestri Levante has a beach, restaurants and large supermarket where you can find all things you may need. For us (2 adults and a 7 year-old) it was a wonderful week, we enjoyed the quietness of the place combined with some beautiful trips in the area. Some tips: bring a flashlight or two (to walk to/from the bungalow at night); some spray against mosquitos (you are surrounded by nature and there are some bugs); if you like walking: decent shoes; if you like coffee: buy an Italian coffee cooker or arrange breakfast with Walter (both his breakfasts and dinners can be recommended if you prefer a more all-inclusive style).
