The apartments 55 m2 is divided in to levels. On the ground floor there is a combined kitching-living room area with access to a private terrace and a common garden. On the 1 floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has access to a private terrace and a garden you share with your neighbors next door. 

Outside there is a common annex with a shed and a washing machine.

Skagen city center is a short walk away from the house, here you will find the pedestrian street, the marina, retail stores, restaurants and cafés. The bakery and the famous butcher "Slagter Munch" is only a few minutes walk away from the house. 

Should you feel the need for a refreshing swim in the ocean, the lovely beach "Sønderstrand" is a short walk away from the house. 

Perfect holiday home for two people.

No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period
One parking spot is available in front of the house. 
Final cleaning is available for an extra fee.
