New house in 2025! Lovely holiday home, just a few meters from a beautiful child-friendly sandy beach and the beach promenade, which leads to the cozy Sæby harbor and town center.
The house was partially renovated in 2016 and is very nice with a bright interior and a beautiful view over the area to the Kattegat. There is a small open kitchen, a dining table with a beautiful view of the water, and an intimate sofa corner making up the largest room in the house. There is nice a wood-burning stove for warmth and coziness on cooler days. In the holiday home, there is a large bedroom with a double bed, and in the annex, two spacious rooms with sofa beds, so the holiday home accommodates a total of 4 good sleeping places.
Here is a cozy garden and several terraces around the house (60m2), which offer many opportunities to find sun or shade, as well as the view of the Kattegat can be enjoyed while relaxing or grilling.
GOOD TO KNOW:
No rental to youth groups. Tenant must be over 25 years old and present throughout the rental period.
There is a charger for an electric car
