The main part of the apartment's 55m2 is situated on the 1st floor, which is funished with a nice bedroom with a double bed and larger combined kitchen/sitting room with television and dining area. In the back of the sitting room a sofa bed can be found which can be used to create two additional overnight visitors On the groundfloor, in connection with the entrance, can be apartment's small bathroom with a shower and toilet be found. From here the stairs to the 1st floor. Under the stairs the washing machine can be found which you are free to use.
the apartment is not luxuriously furnished, but it offers all you need from a cozy cityholiday in Skagen. The holiday apartment is situated with everything close by.
Skagen city center with many of the city's cafés, resturants and retail stores is located no more than a short 10 minute walk from the apartment. Kulturhus Kappelborg, the Brewery and the habour with Bindesbøll Fiskepakhusene are also located within a short distance from the apartment. Grenen, Denmark's outer most point, where the two seas Kattegat and Skagerrak meet is only 2,5 km from the apartment. Grenen can easily be reached by bike from the bicyle path which can be found 30 meters from the apartment. Alternatively, Grenen can be reached in 4 minutes by car or by a 35 minute walk.
A day at the beach is a must during the holiday. Skagen's loveliest sandy beach, Sønderstrand beach, invites you to take a cooling dip in the freash sea or to spend hours working on your tan in the white sand. Midsummer and Sct. Hans Aften is celebrated by the bacule light where thousands of happy guests meet up to bid the summer welcome.

Only one small dog are allowed.
For guests booking via Airbnb, a dog fee is charged, which is paid directly to the owner after the booking.
NICE TO KNOW:
Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.
The courtyard outside the apartment is only to be used by the mainhouse's visitors.
A small, closed garden with a lawn and outdoor funiture belongs to the apartment and can be found behind the small warehouse in the middle of the courtyard. Here can the evening sun always be enjoyed. A late afternoon drink and/or dinner can also be enjoyed here out of doors.
Available parking facilities for one car.
Fixed consumptions allowances for electricity, water and heating pr. day.
Cleaning at the end of your stay can be ordered.
