Fantastic holiday apartment in Gl. Skagen – close to both forest and beach. The apartment is located on the ground floor in the charming Højengran complex, close to Ruths Hotel and only about a 15-minute walk from Sunset Square, where you can enjoy the famous sunsets every evening.

The 44 m² apartment is bright and welcoming, featuring a small entrance hall, a combined kitchen and living area, a cosy double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. From the living/kitchen area, there is direct access to a lovely south-facing terrace with garden furniture. For fire safety reasons, the use of a charcoal grill is not permitted. At the north-facing entrance, there is also a small covered terrace area and a storage room.

The apartment includes shared outdoor areas with a playground and a ball game court.

The area offers beautiful nature, hiking and cycling routes right outside the door, the Buried Church, and wonderful beaches along the North Sea. Skagen town centre is only 3 km away and easily reached by bike or car. The stunning coastal landscape invites scenic walks either north towards Grenen, approx. 5 km away, or south towards Kandestederne and Skiveren.

Only small dog breeds are permitted.

GOOD TO KNOW:
The tenant must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the entire rental period.
Parking space available in the shared area in front of the apartment.
Fixed daily utility fee for electricity, water, and heating.
