This holiday home is a wonderful place at Bratten Beach with room for the whole family.

Secluded location on a 4600 m² natural plot at the end of a dead-end road.

Here you can sunbathe undisturbed on the terraces and let the children play ball on the large plot, jump on the trampoline, or climb in the play tower. A true paradise for children.
On the plot, there is also a bonfire area, so the whole family can enjoy cozy evenings here after a nice day at the child-friendly beach.

The house has an open connection with the kitchen/living room. From here, there is access to terraces where you can enjoy the sunshine and the sound of the sea, and a wilderness bath on one of the terraces. The rooms are spacious with a double bed, two single beds, and a bunk bed that is only 190 cm long (80 cm wide). Two single beds (which can be moved together) are in the annex, where there is also a mounted TV.

From the living room, you have a magnificent view of nature. And a wood stove here adds to the coziness.

In the beautiful bathroom, there is both a shower niche and a clawfoot bathtub, which invites pure indulgence.

The TV channels include many popular foreign channels, all DR channels, TV2 / Zulu and NRK1 (Norwegian), SVT1 (Swedish), and ZDF (German).

GOOD TO KNOW:
No rental to youth groups. The renter must be at least 25 years old and present during the entire rental period.
Good parking conditions with free parking.

The bunk bed is only 190 cm long and 80 cm wide, making it best suited for children.

AREA:
Bratten is located on the east coast in northernmost Jutland and is a natural area with many holiday homes. In the summer, there is a grocery store, a grill bar, and a large playground. A path leads over the dunes to an 80 m long bathing jetty with platforms for sea kayak docking and crab fishing.
Strandby, which is only a few kilometers from Bratten, is a cozy fishing village with a good harbor environment. The town's lifeblood is the harbor. Enjoy a good lunch or dinner at one of the restaurants.

Bratten Beach has an endlessly long white sandy beach, dunes, lots of heathland, and forest for walks. There is a long bathing jetty with platforms. There are good bathing conditions for both children and adults.

The summer grocery store, grill bar, and large playground are only a few hundred meters from the house.

The small town of Strandby is very close by. Here you can enjoy the lovely harbor environment. Have a good lunch and perhaps watch a fish auction early in the morning at 7 am, where everyone is welcome.

If you want a bit more city life, the town of Frederikshavn is only 10 km away. Here you will find Denmark's only Palm Beach, which is very good for small children with its shallow water – and right here is also the famous ice cream shop. So, if there are children in the family, a trip here will be a hit. If it's a rainy day, we recommend a trip to the large playland "Funhouse", located in northern Frederikshavn.

In Vendsyssel, there are generally many experiences, and the holiday home is a good starting point if you want to experience the West Coast cities. Aalborg, Sæby, Skagen, Råbjerg Mile are also options – or maybe even Fårup Sommerland, where the water park has just been expanded, and there is usually a new attraction every year, making it an even bigger, wilder, and wetter experience.
