Beautiful and well-maintained wooden holiday home in an attractive location close to the centre of Old Skagen, the famous sunset square, and Ruths Hotel. The house offers 92 well-utilised square metres of living space and accommodates up to 6 guests across three comfortable bedrooms. Originally built in 1977 and modernised in 2021, the holiday home today appears bright, welcoming, and functionally designed.

The spacious open-plan kitchen and living area forms the natural heart of the house, featuring a cosy dining area, comfortable lounge space with TV, and a wood-burning stove that creates extra warmth and atmosphere on cooler days. The modern bathroom is equipped with both a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Large windows provide beautiful natural light throughout the house and enhance the bright and relaxing holiday atmosphere.

Outside, the holiday home offers a large natural plot and a raised enclosed terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The location provides easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and scenic walks around the popular Old Skagen area and the sunset square.

THE AREA:
There are plenty of opportunities for excursions in the area. Visit Grenen, where the North Sea and the Baltic Sea meet. Children especially will love a trip with the “Sandormen” – a tractor pulling a passenger wagon – all the way to the tip of the peninsula. A memorable experience for both children and adults.

Also worth visiting is the Natural History Museum, located in the former Højen Station (Old Skagen Station). Here you can learn more about the bird and wildlife of the Skagen peninsula, discover fascinating facts about the stones found on Skagen’s beaches, and perhaps even take part in a shark dissection.
