Beautiful long driveway with a passing stream from Blåbærvej up to the house. Large open grass area around the house, outdoor fire pit, terrace with garden furniture and garden bench as well as sandpit and swings for the youngest. In addition, an outdoor shower to rinse off salt water after a swim in Kattegat.

The holiday home was built in 1975, but most recently renovated in 2007 and still appears nicely modernized with all modern facilities incl. wifi and flat screen tv. The 85 m2 is well distributed. Large living room with two sofa groups and flat screen TV as well as a wonderful wood burning stove, to keep you warm on cool evenings. In the large sofa corner, there is plenty of space around the coffee table to challenge the family in cards or board games. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace.

In extension of the living room, a lovely dining area and a nice kitchen also with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen terrace door is a two-part glass door, so you will find the kitchen nicely lit. The house has three beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with each two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Nice small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The washing machine is located in the outbuilding.

The area lends itself to plenty of outdoor living. You only have 300 meters to the beach so there's no excuse to not enjoy summer days with sunbathing, sand castle building and fresh dips in the cooling Kattegat. Back home from the beach enjoy a cool drink on the terrace or s'mores by the fire.

If you would like excursions, there are plenty of options. You can visit Farm Fun, one of North Jutland's largest playgrounds for both big and small children, app. 2 km north of the holiday home. The North Sea Oceanarium, where you can see the playful seals and admire shoals of sea animals and the Eagle Santuary in Tversted, where you can experience the large birds of prey up close.

Grenen, Denmark's outermost tip, where the seas Skagerrak and Kattegat meet, should also be a must on your holiday bucket list. On your way to Skagen you pass Råbjerg Mile, Denmark's largest hiking dune, in Kandestederne. Skagen town with the large selection of retail shops, cafes and restaurants as well as Skagen's Museum with the many famous paintings by the great Skagen painters, is of course also worth a visit.
