Well-kept holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna located on a large plot at the end of a cul-de-sac. Functional kitchen in open connection to the living room. Both kitchen and living room has tile floors with underfloor heating. The bathroom has also underfloor heating. There is an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burning stove. Baby cot, 4 bedrooms of which one is suited best for children with a small table and TV with DVD player (not possible to receive regular TV channels on this TV). Large, partly covered terrace and also a carport with tiles which you can also use as a terrace. Large lawn with swing, see-saw, sandpit and furthermore a small playroom adjacent to the shed. There is a fenced fireplace on the lawn. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
