Spacious holiday cottage located in scenic surroundings at the popular Grønhøj Strand south of Løkken. The house was renovated and modernised in 2015. Living room and kitchen in open concept, 4 bedrooms, mezzanine and bathroom with underfloor heating, whirlpool and access to the sauna. There is an extra TV on the mezzanine and a PlayStation3. Tasteful, bright and modern furnishings. The living room is spacious and has several window sections for lighting. The exposed beams help create an original cottage charm. There is a wood-burning stove for cheap heating. Terraces facing east, south and west of which a part is covered. Large natural plot with grass and partly surrounded by plantings so you will always be able to find shelter. There is a football goal, sandpit, play tower and swings as well as a for ball games and a bonfire place. A part of the plot is in-cultivated.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
