Set by the beautiful lake of Åsunden, this charming cottage comes with a large garden.It is located only 250 metres from an excellent bathing spot, a sandy beach, and great fishing possibilities.

The cottage itself is charming and features a kitchen with a dining space, on the upper floor. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the lovely family room. There are also two bedrooms and a WC on the upper floor The bottom floor features a second family room with an open fireplace. You will also find the lovely sauna down here, and a shower, and a washing machine. The cottage has internet access with Wifi and a smart-TV that is connected to the internet.

The large, attractive terrace faces the lake, inviting you to enjoy the lovely view. One or two dogs are allowed. The owner of the house is allergic to cats so cats are not allowed. Electicity is free between week 26 and week 33.

The area around Åsunden and Ulricehamn is well known for it's scenic nature. Ulricehamn offers several supermarkets. There is also a smaller grocery shop about 5 kilometres from the cottage. The larger town of Borås is a 30-minute drive away, and offers plenty of shops, as well as a zoo. Ullared is an 80-minute drive from the cottage. In Ullared you will find the very famous bargain store Gekås. People travel from all over Sweden to shop here.

During the winter there are excellent skiing courses with either natural snow or driven snow, in Ulricehamn. The area is equally lovely to visit in the spring, summer or autumn.
