Renovated holiday cottage with personal furnishings located on a large natural plot approx. 1400 m from the ocean and within walking distance to the town. The plot is completely enclosed by wire mesh partly concealed in the plantings. The house was built in 1960 and renovated in 2007 with i.a. new bathroom making it bright and contemporary. Open concept living room and kitchen, conservatory, bedroom and bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There is a wood-burning stove for cheap heating. There are open terraces facing east, south and west. The plot is level and secluded surrounded by trees and bushes and there is a sandpit.
