In open connection with the living room, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a stove with ceramic hobs and oven, refrigerator with a small freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Beautiful, newer bathroom with a shower, underfloor heating, and a washing machine. The house's 6 sleeping places are distributed among 3 bright and spacious bedrooms, all with double beds. The scenic area near Øer is only a few kilometers from the charming streets of Ebeltoft and excellent shopping opportunities. To the south, you have Øer Strand, characterized by shallow water, large sandbanks, and abundant birdlife. Good opportunities for fishing and lovely bike and hiking trails.
