The large, attractive wooden terraces facing south and west are partly covered and furnished with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, providing the perfect setting to enjoy the sun throughout the day.
The garden features a shelter and a fire pit, while the mature grounds ensure complete privacy and protection from curious onlookers.
The bright and spacious living room has white-painted vaulted ceilings, beautiful pinewood floors, and large south-facing windows opening onto the terrace. It is comfortably furnished with a large sofa area, armchairs, a wood-burning stove, and a TV with Chromecast and a wide selection of channels.
The light and welcoming open-plan kitchen and dining area offers seating for up to six people, along with ample worktop and cupboard space. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.
The house also includes a hallway, two bedrooms with double beds, and a separate annex with an additional double bed, providing accommodation for up to six guests.

Øer Strand is a beautiful scenic area just a five-minute drive from the centre of Ebeltoft. It is well known for its family-friendly beaches with shallow water, making it ideal for children, as well as excellent opportunities for a wide range of water sports. Just a short walk away, you will find the Øer Maritime Holiday Village and the nearby lock ("Slusen"), where you can enjoy an ice cream from the charming little kiosk.
