This inviting and cozy holiday home has 77 well-appointed square meters, including a large living room with a bay window added in 1995. The spacious, lovely, partially covered wooden terraces facing south and west are equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a grill, providing the opportunity to enjoy the sun all day long. The lot is sorrounded by trees and such, ensuring complete privacy from curious glances, and for the little ones, there is a swing set.
The living room is bright and spacious with white-painted cathedral ceilings, beautiful pine floors, and large south-facing windows opening to the terrace. Large, luxurious sofa corner, armchairs, wood-burning stove, TV with Danish (including TV2) channels, and a DVD player. Bright and lovely kitchen/dining area with a good dining space for 6 people, ample table and cupboard space, stove with ceramic hobs and oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.
Additionally, the house includes a hallway with two good bedrooms with double beds and an annex with a double bed, providing a total of 6 sleeping places. Spacious and bright bathroom with a shower. In the shed on the terrace, there is also a washing machine. Internet access is available.
Øer Strand is a scenic area just a 5-minute drive from the center of Ebeltoft, known for its very child-friendly beaches with shallow water and excellent opportunities for water sports. A short walk away, you'll find Øer Maritime Holiday Village and the lock with a small, cozy ice cream kiosk. In the holiday village, there is the option to use mini-golf, tennis, and a bouncy castle for a fee.
