Beautiful and well-furnished holiday home located on a very large, secluded natural lot with fantastic panoramic views of the Kattegat and Hjelm. Two good wooden terraces facing east and west respectively, with garden furniture, loungers, parasol, and a grill, where you can enjoy both the sun and the exceptionally beautiful view. A great house for a large family or two families.
The house is bright and friendly throughout with high ceilings. Large, lovely living room with panoramic windows and access to the terrace, wood stove, and a seating area with TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels. Two separate dining areas in open connection with a good, spacious kitchen with a stove with ceramic hobs and oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Two delightful bathrooms with a shower, the larger one also with a cupboard arrangement and a washing machine. The house's 8 sleeping places are distributed in 3 good bedrooms: 1 with a large double bed (180 cm), 1 with a double bed (120 cm), and 1 with a double bed (120 cm) and a good bunk bed. The large bedroom also has access to the terrace. A delightful cottage just 150 meters from a child-friendly beach and close to many activity options.
Elsegårde Strand is characterized by beautiful nature with a view of the island Hjelm and the impressive cliff Jernhatten. It is an interesting area for anglers, and it is easy to launch your own boat into the water. There are plenty of opportunities for lovely hiking and cycling trips, and it's only a few kilometers to Ebeltoft with its atmospheric old town, several attractions, and good shopping opportunities.
