Situated on a natural plot at the end of a closed road, right next to the forest and approximately 800 meters from a lovely bathing beach, you'll find this well-furnished house. Large, delightful southwest-facing and partially covered wooden terrace with garden furniture, loungers, parasol, and grill. The garden is designed as a natural area where children have the opportunity to play in the small playhouse, take a swing, or play hide and seek in the adjacent forest. The garage is for the owner's private use, while there is a lockable shed.
Lovely, bright, and cozy living room with skylights, dining area for 8 people, wood-burning stove, radio, and TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels – note that everything needs to be streamed via Apple TV. Well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Good, spacious bathroom with a spa bath and sauna, as well as a smaller utility/entrance with a washing machine and dryer. The sleeping accommodations in the house are distributed among 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and a smaller one with a bunk bed for the little ones. Internet access is available.
Øer is a hilly and beautiful natural area located just a few kilometers south of Ebeltoft with its charming cobblestone streets and good shopping opportunities. Øer Strand is characterized by shallow water, dunes, large sandbanks, and abundant birdlife. There are good opportunities for fishing and water activities, and the entire area invites you to delightful bike and hiking tours.
