A family friendly holiday cottage from 2016, located on a natural plot with great fishing conditions in the sea and lakes nearby.

The cottage has bright colours and charming rooms. In the spacious kitchen there is plenty of space around the dining table. One of several wood-burning stoves can be found here.

Another stove is located upstairs in the living room, where you also find a double sofa bed in addition to an extra single bed. There are 2 bedrooms on each floor. One double bed is a 120 cm wide lower part of a bunk bed.

There is a lawn just outside the house and there are terraces on two sides. Outside the kitchen and living room there is a covered terrace where you can enjoy a nice meal. The farm buildings are in a secluded location.

Information for both units 67700 and 67702. On the 70 000 m² large farm, there is a main house and 2 former farm buildings. In the farmyard there is a storage house and barbecue hut (smoking allowed), shared between the two units. There is a swing set and sand box in addition to benches. There is information about what to do in the area. There are many hiking trails with picnic areas. The beach is 1 km away and a lake where you can go swimming is 2 km away.

In the farmyard there is a covered fish cleaning table with running water and lighting. The boats are located in a harbour 1 km away. Rent one of these boats:

• 2 x 21 foot Gemi 625 4-stroke 80 HP engine

• 1 x 21 foot Gemi 625 150 HP engine Suzuki

All boats come with Garmin chartplotter, sonar and GPS. All boats have filleting boards. Great fishing conditions nearby. There are also several fishing lakes, remember fishing lisence.

NB! Request your boat when booking the house. The boats are available for rent for both units. Ask for confirmation from DanCenters local office. Deposit for boats can be paid in EUR.
