Welcome to this newly-renovated holiday home,set between Karlskoga and Örebro, in the beautiful county Närke. The cottage is only 400 metres from lake Leken and surrounded by beautiful woodlands. This is the perfect place for nature lovers!

The holiday home has an open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all the amenities you need, including a dishwasher. The living room is equipped with a wood-burning stove, a sofa, and you also have WiFi access. The master bedroom features double bed and the other bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a WC, a washbasin, a shower, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. The cottage has a spacious terrace, and a beautiful, furnished conservatory.

The cottage is surrounded by beautiful woodlands with great walking paths, and the lake is only 400 metres away. There's an excellent sandy beach, with docks and a diving tower, only 600 metres away. A boat is included in the rent. One of Sweden's very best golf courses is located only a fifteen minute drive from the cottage, at Lanna Golf Resort, where there's also a restaurant and a SPA. Ånneboda, a nearby town, offers skiing opportunities in the wintertime.

The town of Örebro is only 25 kilometres away, and Örebro Airport is 15 kilometres away. The city centre of Örebro was voted the most beautiful in Sweden in 2015. Don't miss the marvellous castle from the 1300's when you are there! Other fun activities in Örebro include a guided “ghost walk”. The largest waterpark in Sweden is situated in Gustavsvik, and is also well worth a visit.
