A holiday cottage with a panoramic ocean view, only 200 metres from the beach and close to the port at Mommark. Whirlpool in one of the bathrooms.
The activity room has table football, Wii and PS3.
The house has been built with quality materials and has an elegant style. From the living room you can enjoy the water view and you can walk out onto the terrace, where you find an outdoor fireplace. On the mezzanine there are couple of chairs where you can sit and watch out over the sea.
The house is heated with an energy friendly heating system, solar panels and a underfloor heating. A fish cleaning room is available. There is a common playground nearby. You have to use the public steps/trails in order to get to the ocean.
No letting to youth groups.
