Welcome to this attractive holiday home, which is situated outside of the charming town of Mollösund! The semi-detached house is located in a quiet, residential area and it is only 400 metre-garden from a sandy beach with a bathing dock.

On the bottom floor of the house, you will find an open-plan living room and kitchen area. The kitchen area is equipped with the basic amenities, plus a dishwasher. The bottom floor also features a bedroom with two single beds that are placed together as a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine.

The second floor has sloping ceilings. Here, you will find a family room with a TV that has Scandinavian channels and English-speaking channels. The two upstairs bedrooms have two single beds in each.

Mollösund's town centre is within walking distance, one kilometre from the house. The town offers shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Orust is a popular summer holiday resort, and it's easy to see why. It is a beautiful place that offers something for everyone. In the summertime, there's festivals, jazz events, museums, kayak paddling, diving, golfing, tennis, and other activities.The charming fishing towns of Hälleviksstrand and Mollösund are well worth a visit. Don't miss the lovely café Sjöbodscafét, set amongst the boat docks in Hälleviksstrand. The owners of the café also own Anders Båt och Brygga, which arranges fishing trips, seal safaris, and lobster fishing. The big city of Göteborg is only 80 kilometres away. There are two bikes to borrow from the house owner on spot.
