A modern holiday home in a traditional fisherman style with a great view and close to great fishing.

The house is one of four units next to each other from 2017. The house is painted in bright and charming colours. There is a 30 m² large living room and kitchen on ground floor where you have a panoramic view of the fjord.

All bedrooms and the bed loft has frame beds that you can combine into double beds. In the basement there is a living room with a rough maritime style with a kitchenette and long table, as well as room for storing fishing equipment and clothes. There is a 300 litre freezer. There are several terraces. High speed Wifi. Satellite dish with international channels.

The closest town is Brattvåg, 10 km by car or 1-2 minutes across the fjord with boat. Ålesund is 50 minutes away. Go mountain hiking right behind the house. Go swimming on the beach 300 metres away. Park by the house or on the breakwater 50 metres from the house. 12 km to a fishing lake and 50 km to a river with salmon and trout.

There is a private harbour 40 metres from the cottage with room for the boats available for rent. For rent: 1 x 21 ft Øien 620F with 60 hp Suzuki 4-stroke motor with GPS/sonar and chartplotter and 6 rodholders. 1 x 21 ft Øien 620F with Yamaha F80LB (80 HP), windscreen both on starboard and port side, Øien targa bar w/lantern, Garmin Echomap UHD 72CV w/GT2, 6 rod holders.

Great fishing conditions in the fjord. A 16 ft rowing boat is also for rent. Life jackets are included in the boat rent.
