Welcome to this cozy house in a lovely setting. The house is located on the outside of the summer house area Svee, about 26 km north of Lysekil. You have close access to a couple of beautiful beaches, both suitable for children. The plot offers lots of space for play and games. There's a grill on the terrace, and inside the house you will find a warming fire place where you can cuddle up on cold night. The electric incinerating toilet is found in a small annex. A larger annex has a shower, and three additional beds. Inside the main house you'll have two bedrooms, living room, and kitchen with dining area. Lysekil has plenty to offer during summertime, and the location is perfect if you wish to explore the archipelago and surrounding areas.
