Cozy Holiday Home for 5 Adults and One Child - Just Steps to the Dunes

This lovely holiday home is in the Sønderklit holiday home area near Lyngså, with direct access from the house to the dunes, offering a fantastic view of the sea. It is also just a few meters to the lovely wide, shallow sandy beach. The plot is partially shielded by trees that provide some shelter.

The holiday home is an ideal choice for a family wanting to vacation together. The house features a large kitchen/living room with ample space for gathering in the sofa corner and dining area, and a wood stove that can add to the coziness on cool days and evenings.

There is a large terrace around the house and a large sun courtyard that provides shelter. Here, there are several chairs and tables, so you can always find a good spot to enjoy your vacation with a good book on the sun lounger or sit here in the evening after a nice home-grilled meal.

The three bedrooms are furnished with a ¾ bed, 2 single beds, and one room with a single bed and a small bed of 160 cm length. New wooden floors were installed in 2022.

GOOD TO KNOW:
No rentals to youth groups. The renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire rental period.
Distance to the coast: 50 m.
There is a small bed of only 160 cm, best suited for a child.
Possibility to watch German, Scandinavian, and TV2 channels.
Smoking is not allowed.

THE AREA:
The house is located about 10 km south of the charming market town of Sæby. An ideal holiday spot for the family who wants to stay in peaceful surroundings by a child-friendly beach and yet close to activities and attractions. In Sæby, there is a delightful maritime and inviting atmosphere with the marina, the old town, and the city's pedestrian streets.
Here, there are many retail shops and eateries, as well as a good selection of supermarkets. On the outskirts of Sæby, there is an attractive 18-hole golf course and Sæbygaard Castle, which is also worth a visit.
Frederikshavn is located a little north of Sæby, with a long pedestrian street where there are also many retail shops and eateries.
Here on the beach, Denmark's only palm beach can be experienced in the summer months. From this town, there are also opportunities to sail by ferry either to Læsø or Sweden and Norway. The ferries to Sweden sail so many times a day that you can easily spend a vacation day on a day trip there.
Continuing north from Frederikshavn, you come to Skagen where you can experience the Skagen painters' environment up close, as well as Grenen, where the two seas meet, which is also must-see.
