Well-equipped holiday cottage with a whirlpool and activity room with a very short distance to the beach and sea and within walking distance of Løkken. From the house there are views of the dunes. The house was built in 1980, extended in 2003 and modernised again in 2011. Large living room/open concept kitchen, conservatory, three bedrooms (one double bed is 1.20 m wide), activity room, bathroom with whirlpool and sauna and guest toilet. Large, open terrace. The living rooms appear extremely bright and appealing, and the conservatory is almost a glass arcade with light throughout the day. The many m² make the house suitable for a large family or two families wishing to spend their holiday together. There is air-to-air heat pump to ensure the least possible energy costs. The activity room has airhockey, darts, billiards and flat-screen TV. The plot is slightly hilly, open plot of grass, suitable for playing, sunbathing or fun around the grill.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
