Truly exquisite newly built house only 150 m from a beautiful sandy beach. The house spans 101 m2 and features a large, bright, and well-appointed living room with quality furniture, heat pump, and bio fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is the well-equipped kitchen area with a kitchen island. The house accommodates seven guests across three good-sized bedrooms; two with double beds and one with a double bed and a bunk bed. Two beautiful bathrooms with underfloor heating and shower cubicles. Lovely terraces around the house, both covered and open, equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a grill. Here, one can enjoy outdoor living and be so close to the water that you can hear the waves. There is also an outdoor shower. For the little holiday guests, there will be a high chair. The house is equipped with internet access.
Boeslum Beach is primarily a fine white sandy beach with grass and flower-covered beach meadows. In some places, the beach is a mixture of stones and sand, but primarily sand. The water is fine and clear but deepens quickly. At the beach, there are toilets and an icecream kiosk. From the beach, you have a view of Jernhatten, which is a popular excursion destination, and the small island of Hjelm. Ebeltoft town with its many attractions is just under 5 km away. Here, you can visit the old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. You'll also find many small specialty shops and sidewalk cafes in the old cobblestone streets. At the harbor, you'll find the Glass Museum, which is a leader in modern glass art. Here, you'll also find several good shops and dining options, as well as opportunities to buy freshly caught fish every day. A visit to Ree Park is also recommended – take a jeep safari and get up close to the wild animals. It's about an hour's drive to both Kattegatcentret in Grenaa and to Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, with its many activities for both adults and children.
