A very nice cottage near the beach on a 1650m² lot. It is 110m² big and sleeps 7 persons. The cottage has a nice partly covered patio well equipped and facing south. In 2005 the cottage is new renovated all over and with 2 bathrooms both with shower. 600m to the shopping centre and the beach. The living room has the furnace and Kabel-TV and DVD with surround. 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 with a single bed.. Well equipped and new kitchen.In the entrance there are a washer and a dryer.A sandpit fore tke kids. Free Internet. There are installed a heat pump in the Haus.
